“Dental Implants” are screws made of titanium, which act like artificial root of a tooth.
Main role is supporting the prosthetic restorations (single crowns or bridges or full mouth prosthesis), in order to gain the lost function of missing teeth.

Not to be in a stage of this diagram missing teeth has to be replaced with implant application.
Important tips about implant treatment ;
– bone condition is important for implant application, if bone dimensions are not enough -> bone grafts may be used to obtain a safe bone.
– Sinus lifting surgeries can be also applied to gain enough bone dimensions.
– Origin of the implant Brand is not that much important, what you need to ask to your dentist is “if the brand is a global brand or not”. Also, you need to have the sticker information of the implants done.
All-On-X System:
All-On-X System implant treatments are special systems, for the patients who lost all teeth or about to loose all due to gum disease (bone resorption). “X” is the number of implants applied per jaw (it may be 4-5-6-7). The more implant applied means ->> longer term success and more comfortable usage for the patients. But for sure, safe bone is needed for successful implant applications.
